SERVICE FAQ

Systems are configured specifically for your building. Instructions for operating your system are posted on a sign above the operating panel. This is typically mounted to a column directly in front of your system.

Do not operate your system unless you have read the instructions on your sign.

If you have any questions about operation, please contact your HOA or building management.

If the system is not responding to your remote control, check the batteries or try using your keyfob (the keyfob does not require batteries).

Make sure to check the screen for errors or instructions to follow.
